can achieve this with LEFT, SUBSTRING, RIGHT functions.

SELECT LEFT('up70aert55',2)+' '+
SUBSTRING('up70aert55',3,2)+' '+
SUBSTRING('up70aert55',5,4)+' '+
RIGHT('up70aert55',2);
